Frozen spinach has been processed. I guess the nuts have just been put in a container so probably not, unless they've been roasted, in which case -- processed. Also, TJs tends to add MSG to a lot of its house label foods. Anything labeled "natural flavorings" most likely contains MSG>[/quote]
