I'm not a Hilary fan, and find it incredibly sexist.
Agreed. Talking about fat thighs and small breasts, could anything be more misogynistic when we're talking about a possible presidential candidate? It would be like me suggesting that Boehner has a small penis. If I did such a thing people would be outraged. OTOH, making fun of a middle aged woman is always hilarious to the small minded.
Lots of jokes are made about men and their anatomy. What about the numerous jokes about Anthony Weiner even if he invited them? How about the jokes about Chris Christie? When it comes to women how about the knocks against Michelle Bachmann and her appearance or those against Janet Reno when she was AG. Where I will agree with you is that women get more focus than men when it comes to appearance. But as a Hillary supporter, it does not bother me a bit. I was amused and family members and friends (both male and female) - all strong supporters of HRC - who heard the joke were amused as well and not one person thought it was offensive. The reason is simple: when one is in the public eye you become the focus of jokes. It goes with the territory.
You have to be a man. HAVE TO BE. Jokes about anatomy do not "come with the territory" when you are a politician, or at least they shouldn't.
Lighten up PP! Jokes about the physical characteristics and appearance of politicians and other celebrities are nothing new. It is not limited to women by any means.
It's not even a clever joke, it's totally lame.
