Then when he picked another candidate, the Republicans declared they would oppose any nominee unless the CFPB was restructured, so he made a recess appointment.[/quote] Correct. And that was part of the learning experience that has finaly taught him that negotiating with the GOP gets you zip. At least I hope it's finally taught him.[/quote]
