Taxes for public schools are not user fees (everybody pays taxes for public schools, regardless of whether or not they have children in the public schools), and 2. Business taxes are not personal taxes (or do you think that, when you use your income to buy something for a business, the business shouldn't have to pay taxes on the sale because you paid taxes on your income?).[/quote]
