The midwives approach your friend described is the right one because it is most likely to give an accurate picture of what your blood pressure is like a majority of the time.

I didn't want to say above that I think you should find a  new care provider, because I know that is hard at the very end, but I thought it too. One of my children's births was a disaster because I had a care provider who I did not trust and I have regrets about it to this day.[/quote]
