We live in a $1.5M house and in-state tuition never crossed our minds as a factor for where to live. I think kids from private schools and MoCo have an easier time getting into UVA than kids from NOVA these days any way. I'd never live in Great Falls (or anywhere in VA for that matter) if DH was commuting to DC. NWDC or close-in Montgomery County (Chevy Chase). [/quote]
