+1 .  I had basically the same experience.  I think the waiting room has gotten way better in the last year.  They will email test results now.  They have been sympathetic and supportive through not only my many losses, but my two successes.

I certainly would never want to be in the OBGYN business.  Every pregnant woman in their mind (and understandably so) is the only pregnant woman ever.  I was grumpy at the wait at one of my appointments last year until I saw the tear stained couple come out who had clearly been given news that I had also heard in the past.

I have healthy babies, and at the end of the day, that's what mattered.[/quote]
