[/quote] Why are you paying him/her anything? What exactly are they doing for you if they didnt find you the house you are buying? RE agents are the biggest scams out there. Their entire job consists of finding qualified buyers for your home, that's it. Everything else requires a lawyer (and no, they cannot write contracts for you, they need a lawyer to do that.)[/quote]
