I too think that Zumba is a Chick thing and I will not go back to the class. I am too experienced in working out for the lousy Zumba class.

BTW most of the girls in the class did not seem bothered by me being there. The fattest girl did give me a stare, letting me know she was a moron. This particular girl was violently obese and could only move her arms and legs. Her body was fat and stiff.

But Remember Zumba does not cut it you must have other forms of activities i hear that from many women who only do zumba tell them to try power flex for easy yoga[/quote]
