The problem with your position is ignoring the location consideration. If this were a condo in DuPont I'd agree with you, but for a SFH in NWDC you have to expect the majority of your buyers will be families with small children. Of course you can decide to do what you want and that's valid, but if you think there's a good chance you will move it makes sense to at least think of what the majority of your target market would like so that you can minimize the time needed to find that one buyer.[/quote]
