I had some chest symptoms too. I was anxious and I tend to get GERD when anxious so that is probably why. I have Hashimotos (sounds worse than it is), but as far as I know my thyroid meds are the correct dose. I also have a family history of MS and I have to control the urge to just assume I now have it. My neuro tends to take the wait and see approach and so far he has not felt the need to refer me for an MRI. None of my symptoms have impaired my ability to function day to day, they were just annoying. Anyhoo after a vacation I came back 100% "cured" at least for the time being so I think anxiety was setting off all sorts of issues for me together with the orthotic thing.
