I give them 2 stars for the actual blowout-- though I'm sure quality varies from one stylist to another. I'd actually be willing to give them another try with a different stylist. I chose their "standard" blowout-- forget what it's called. My hair is long-ish, with layers that lend themselves to that style, and I just had it cut a few weeks ago, so it's in good shape. I walked out of there looking 10 years older, totally frumpy, with this really straight hair that had a severe part and no real body to it. The stylist told me she could correct it if I wanted, but the blowout took 45 minutes and I had to get back to work.

Woke up the next day and had major bed head and had to wash my hair. In the past, I've had good blowouts last for three days. My hair felt greasy after this one. I think she used too much product.

So, I can see the potential of this place because of their great concept and brand, and I'll give them one more shot, but so far it's not worth 40 bucks.
