Totally agree.  It snows every year, people.  This is not Key West.  When we got 2 feet of snow a few years back-- I agree, let's freak the heck out.  But 4 inches of snow is hardly some once in a lifetime event in DC.  YOU CAN HANDLE IT!![/quote]
