Thank you all for your interest And discussion. But can someone tell me for sure if I buy A house in CB boundry, my Kid can go to Haycock for level IV ? And please state your source. Thank you so much.
FYI, Chesterbrook has a great LLIV. Just compare the number of LIV identified children at Chesterbrook to the ones that go to Haycock from Chesterbrook. The upper grades are a little higher because they are the tail of the transition. CB offered LLIV several years ago and most families that already had a child at Haycock sent their younger child to Haycock. Most who did not have a child at Haycock, kept their child at Chesterbrook. I know some claim that the math at Haycock is better, but my (anecdotal) experience is different. My DS stayed at Chesterbrook and is flying high in math at Longfellow. No regrets at all. Can't predict the future, but at the moment there are no plans to close the Center at Haycock. Although there has been some talk since all or nearly all of the McLean feeder schools will have the LLIV option soon - all the talk is speculation.
