Not everyone has downloaded the app. Parents still have to log in to declare availability. We don't publish the entries until everything is finalized, and parents expressed that they prefer getting an email with the info rather than a notification that the entries are published and then having to log in to look at them. We may gradually move to a more Swimtopia- automated approach, but it'll take more than the first week to get everyone used to it.[/quote]
