But the reality is that yours and his are probably going to be fine and do as well are their parents. I don't think any non public person needs to justify their choice in sending their kids to private schools. The reality is that well educated, upper income families do pretty well and go to college coming out of DCPS. It's the kids coming from trauma and instability that are much, much higher need and the school can't meet all the their needs. Parents make choices in the best interests of their kids. Just like those who send their kids to private school, I can't imagine having sent mine to private.[/quote]
