There are about 1200 current directors, VPs, C-suites at the 22k SpaceX.  As a 20 year old company, many of the largest stakeholders are people who came and went over that span -- those are the 4400.

The actual engineers doing technical work will get a cool t-shirt.

This is how it has been in the Valley since the dot.com fiasco minted millionaire secretaries and FB mural painter -- VC and founders realized what they were giving away and tightened the reigns (and of course dilution has come to bare a lot more).
