And if you step back, that's what you want in a public school-- a feature, not a flaw. I do think, though, that there's a real case to be made for an alternative school. Based on examples this year, there would seem to be enough students to support one. That school would presumably have much firmer rules and stricter procedures than most of us want for our own kid's school.[/quote]
