It's not quite bad enough to be a hoarder. Maybe a hoarder in the making. MIL was a hoarder. When she passed every room was like the basement. Even the crawlspace was packed. The garage was packed solid around the car. It took a month to clear it out. Still sold for $1.1 million in the mid 2010s in Chevy Chase. Most went to a reverse mortgage which is why we bothered with a cleanout.[/quote]
