No. That's not how it works where I am. No one gets to swan around doing PPTs and spreadsheets. Even management higher than me will have to come back down to the trenches now and then to backfill our very heavy workload. I have to backstop each of my direct reports. There is no time to micromanage. We're a team.[/quote]
