The one who's neighbor 10 year olds burned down their house moved after rebuilding [/quote] If a neighbor's tree falls on your house, they could be liable if they were negligent in maintaining the tree, i.e. the tree was dead, diseased, or otherwise hazardous and your neighbor failed to take reasonable steps to remedy the situation.[/quote]
