I feel like a complete space cadet—the brain fog is intense—but I’m way less crazed than when I had a monthly period. I used to fall into a deep, deep emotional hole and lash out irrationally right before my period. I really did feel crazy once a month when I was in my 30s. Those days are over, thank god. I’m fairly even keeled now.[/quote]
