How do people have money? There are 6.47 million people in the DMV. The wealthiest county in the country is near where you’re looking. Only a fraction of this large population has the budget for a $2 million home, and even fewer desirable homes are on the market. If you can afford a $2 million home is it hard to imagine that someone out there in that sea of 6.47 million people can afford to pay $2.2?
