I can’t stand these new ultra striver professionals that moved here to make a ton of money and raise their kids to be insufferable dbags. Corporate hell scape is an apt description.

Yes.

I will say that taxes have gone up a lot in the 25 years I've lived here (moved from Bethesda and would never move back to MD), but it's still incredibly safe and has a great quality of life. [/quote]
