No. The $4m rebuilds in that neighborhood have lingered. Given the dearth of sub-$2m houses in McLean, I imagine this will go under contract soon. It’s not for me (I need a yard for my kids), but it’s a lovely home for another family. [/quote]

Many of the $4M new houses in that neighborhood have sold quickly - several on Kurtz and another one on Calder was recently sold before it was finished.  The house next door to this house has lingered, but it will sell eventually, too. [/quote]

Eventually, sure. The one next door has been for sale for ten months; one a few houses down was listed for more than two years before it eventually sold; and one on Brawner just removed the listing that's been up for a year.
