Just because someone didn't get into a car accident when they were driving recklessly 50 mph above the speed limit does not mean this behavior is not extremely dangerous. Waiting until someone innocent bystander gets killed or seriously injured to charge someone does nothing to protect people from their lawless behavior.[/quote]
