Dh is convinced that every meal needs to be hot and there has to be meat. It gets old.
Is he cooking it and eating it himself? If not, why not? If so, why can't someone cook and eat the foods they prefer?
PP here. Actually dh is our main cook, but I probably still make 3 dinners a week. The kids love tortellini. DH has to add Italian sausage to it (the rest of us don't really want that). He cooks big batches of Italian sausage and freezes them so he can just grab a link when he needs it. Of course people can cook and eat the meals they prefer, but we eat as a family and we all eat the same meal. I don't feed my kids girl dinner either, it's just what I'd like to eat.
