[/quote] Sorry, I lost track of this thread for a bit. Well, I started this at the end of 2024, and when I next got my cholesterol levels checked end of 2025, they were lower. I can't attribute it solely to eating fermented foods, but it likely contributed to it. So if you like this kind of food, why not try it? [/quote]
