The billing manager at one provider was informed that there was a glitch between 2/2 and 2/25 where claims were denied, etc. They said all claims will be processed and it will take 45 days.[/quote] Same here for out of network BCBS claims with dates of service in January and February. I had the first claim readjusted successfully. Then 2 subsequent claims were denied with the same nonsensical reason code.[/quote]
