Because water would make painting nails and drying nails ridicuolously messy[/quote] No they add thinner [/quote] If the salon is out of a popular color I like, I ask them to get a new bottle from the back and they do it promptly and it looks perfectly new and full when they bring it out, so I doubt my salon does this (or else I’m a sucker, which may be 😊). I go to Nail Saloon, fwiw. Also, wouldn’t the color then be diluted (and in an inconsistent way) if polish was being thinned out? I just don’t buy this. [/quote]
