Usually that’s a question asked when a house has been listed and is then sitting for an extended period. This house had just been listed and went under contract quickly.

lol my house is perfect, don’t need a bunch of randos knowing where I live.

This house has so many things wrong with it but the school ain’t one of them. If you have junior in the McLean pyramid, they’re guaranteed to be extremely successful and wealthy one day. People sometimes underestimate the value of great schools. Same with the Ws in MoCo. [/quote]
