This isn't what always happens though.. Especially from gossip perspective, which is what it is.   Every buyer would want as much "intel" on the house and the surrounding area as neighbors would volunteer, they are the ones looking, after all, and it's their money at stake. Of course they want neighbors to talk. So, it's a burden on you to become a part of the "sale", and I'd rather not deal with it. I am not here to persuade or dissuade buyers, so I would prefer it to not go beyond a warm hello or a wave.  Be friendly, but keep my mouth shut is my strategy.  :lol:  If a buyer is particularly inquisitive and comes up to talk and asks too many questions, I'd politely say I have somewhere to be  :lol: [/quote]
