We are in the age of the Drone Wars. And China is a lot more prepared for war as it is fought today than the US is. It is very clear that Trump/Hegseth/Rubio/Vance have paid zero attention to how modern war is being fought in Ukraine. More than 80 percent of all casualties are now inflicted by drones. War has changed quickly. And the US is incredibly behind when it comes to the contemporary battlefield.

That being said, I do not expect Xi to launch an invasion of Taiwan in the foreseeable future. Both the US and Russia are doing an outstanding job of destroying themselves. Why get in the way of Trump and Putin and their profoundly stupid decisions? They are gifting the world to China. Taiwan can wait.    [/quote]
