Too much goes in taxes and if you don't finish the entire year at the company and quit, you get nothing for all the hard work you had put in. [/quote] Bonuses are taxed as ordinary income, there's no tax difference at the end of the year between a 30% bonus and a 30% higher base.[/quote]
