I don't see Trump mandating tax payers bailout student loans which is a spending function of the legislative branch. You wanna talk about Biden's dozen money laundering shell companies? I consider your climate change and tenewable energy agendas a church religion.

When you don't like something Trump does, you whine about checks and balances. But truth be told, much of what he does is wholly contained within the executive branch, so see the vesting clause and accept it.
