It's not abusive it's just the coaches first time coaching a team so they don't really understand how to connect with the kids. Either way I'm going to try to get through the rest of the season working on some short term goals to at least go out on a positive note. Spring in the past has been a hot mess after tryouts and the shake out from that and I suspect it will be even more so this year. [/quote]
