We’re going through the same thing - we want to stay in N Arlington and get a bigger house but right now we’ve got a large yard and would have to give that up for a bigger new build. If you mention wanting a usable yard to the local realtors / builders at open houses for the new builds they basically laugh in your face and walk away.[/quote]
