NOT true. All coaches aren't good. Some lack social skills, commitment ( coach other HS teams), training standards, etc. Too many various factors to make silly comments like that. There is a reason why certain coaches bring talent when recruiting for various sports like football, basketball, and soccer.[/quote]

I disagree 100% with this.  Coaching always matters.  They have a direct impact on a player wanting to be a team player and learning to push teammates to be better (a learned skill), versus making it all about them.  
Plus, if you kid is talented, why let that talent the have go stagnant with poor coaching?   If the team dynamic sucks, players don't have fun.
