Minnesota and DOJ prosecuted the thieves and shut the operation down, but don’t let facts and your prejudice get in the way of truth. I would agree with you if you people were even handed. Let me know when Trump take millions from Texas because the Russians in Texas bilked Medicaid.  Or, the Cubans who bilked over 95 million in Florida Medicaid schemes. Will Trump withhold medical reimbursements for Tennessee because some Russians frauded Medicare out of millions of dollars.
