Home prices vary from place to place.
We believe that in areas where there is no land left for new homes, prices will continue to rise. 
The tax code and property laws favor homeowners. As long as it stays that way, people will prefer owning and prices  will go up even if the population growth slows down.[/quote]

Let's hope our national debt doesn't lead us down the path of taxing unrealized gains. That equity hmm so tempting for the government esp if boomers choose to stay in their homes because any alternative is more costly [/quote]

Which would work if the republicans didn’t WASTE our money on trying to make Greenland and Canada states and other nonsensical things our dementia headed leader does.  What a waste of resources diverting the attention of his brown nosing underlings.  The LEAST he could do is keep their attention on topics that are actually relevant to the people.  You know all the senators, congressmen, and his staff in the white house are funded by our tax money.  What a waste.[/quote]
