He's not lobbying. He's planning. I have no pity for Iran. They've killed way too many of our soldiers in Iraq, the 444 day hostage crisis in 1979, participating in two of our embassies being bombed in in Africa, mining the Straits of Hormuz, their involvement in bombing the Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, and being the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the world (Hezbollah). It's high time to stomp on them.
Do you have pity for the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed by the US? What about the 200,000+ Afghans? Can you write a paragraph about your lack of sympathies for the US on that front?
Nope. They got the governments they asked for, and the consequences which flowed from their choices. Adhere to an expansionist, supremacist, misogynist religion, and that's what happens, especially when combined with a belief that infidels must be annihilated rather than left in peace. .
So White folks version of Christianity, then?
Try to deflect and backpedal all you like, it doesn't change the fundamental problem of Palestinian violence inciting predictable and justified reprisals and their consequences. Disarm Hamas, renounce violence, and have a chance at a functional society. Or keep whining, trotting out grievances, blaming everyone except yourself, and beg for alms in between periodic spurts of violence and the retaliation which inevitably follows. As we tell children who aren't old enough to figure it out for themselves, actions have consequences. Here, the grown-ups are the U.S. and Israel.
