We have video evidence of the family pulled over outside Julius West. We have a news story reporting that he went home after the shooting and stashed the gun in his back yard. The news story does NOT contradict the video evidence and account from Julius West students. He was not arrested immediately after the shooting, and it is perfectly possible for him to have gone home, stashed the gun, and then gone out with his mother and sister, only to be arrested near Julius West a couple miles away.[/quote]
