[/quote] As someone else said, it's a big deal to the IRS. She did pay but not paying isn't the issue; not filing at all is a legit crime. Still, one missed tax return where it's not habitual...it does seem a bit dramatic. I guess zealous investigator as another poster proposed. [/quote]
