You guys really should update your numbers now and then, because a lots happened in the last 65 years. We don't have pockets of malnourished children like we did then, so the disease ends up being pretty mild. [/quote] You're absolutely wrong. The mortality rate is the same as it was in 1960. There were 2,144 cases in the US last year, the highest since 1991.
