I use heat protectant and then just blow dry starting with my roots and somehow the tangles do mostly come out. Once dry, I do then brush my hair. Only time will tell if this reduces damage over time but I figured I might as well try it for a while. I have mid back length fine pretty thin hair that I both get highlights in and style with heat a few times a week.[/quote]
