You used his address so any correspondence would be sent to his address, so any chance you have an electronic record of something being sent there in email? Your cell phone bill maybe? [/quote]
I only used his address for the bank box, not my regular bills. And I moved out at 18, so I never had any accounts using this address.

But thanks for the tip to check emails - maybe the bank emailed me something and listed his address.

I just checked my dad's name on the Virginia link (he lived there in 1972) and he has $500! But I closed out his estate through the courts (1 unresponsive sibling who refused to sign off), and I don't want to open a can of worms. So I guess the $500 will just sit there forever![/quote]
