TODAY in Fairfax, Virginia our prosecutor FINALLY admitted in court they’re pursuing a not guilty plea by reason of insanity for the man who MURDERED Gret Glyer.

 has a SLAM DUNK CASE to send this monster to prison for life but after FOUR YEARS promising this grieving family a trial, they have finally admitted they’re letting him walk free.

After a short stint in a mental institution he’s going to be right back in the community with the woman he stalked before killing her husband.

A reminder this case has:

- copious physical evidence from the scene
- multiple eye witnesses
- BALLISTICS secured from the range he went to after the murder to give himself an alibi and explain the gun residue on his hands
- a written hit list and details of his plan
- HIS CONFESSION
- motive

But Descano’s office assured the family they’d lose if they went to trial.

I was Gret's friend.

His murderer had a manifesto. A kill list. A written plan.

Gret's murder was premeditated.
