I could have written this exactly.  As a parent of an adhd kid who is blessed with good insurance, it is still a daily struggle to coordinate care, titrate the medication, communicate with the school, and deal with medical rebounds in the evening… on top of having a full-time job and another kid to take care of. Our child has made big improvements in his private school, but still has rough moments.  We are doing our absolute best to support our child and ensure he is not disrupting his peers in class, but it is a non-linear and complex process that may not be evident to outsiders.  [/quote]
