Hard to say who the “low tier” players are since stars aren’t given until Aug of Junior year but perfect example of this is Clemson goalie 2027 commit.

Also should note, I’m specifically referring to this last recruiting cycle, things were different for 24/25 grads, BIC has grown and taken over much more, same way US150 is now replaced by Juniors Open.
