True, but now they have positions in the school’s budget for long term subs. Mine has 3 permanent ones and 4 contracted out extra.

They are lying to you both or are not so great at their jobs because they are misinformed.

This is a random school I pulled up, look under ‘school instructional support positions.’ Hmmm ‘school building substitute teacher.’

NP and I am not surprised.  I think it could be either lying or not understanding.  Or they took the money and used it elsewhere.  They claim we can’t do stuff often that I know lots of other schools do.[/quote]
